Dapto railway station

Dapto railway station is located on the South Coast line in New South Wales, Australia. It serves the southern Wollongong suburb of Dapto, opening on 9 January 1887. The weatherboard station on Platform 2 dates from 1887.From 1993 until 2001 it was the terminus point for electric services from Sydney Central with services to Bomaderry provided by diesel multiple units. In 1993 a second platform (Platform 1) was opened as part of the electrification of the line.Platforms & servicesDapto has two side platforms as well as one dock platform.
